A huge thank you to Sensei Tim, Helen, Sam and Madz for helping make the day run so smooth. It was also fantastic having the bbq running again, so a huge thank you to Lou for keeping everyone fed.
Friday night saw Northern Shukokai’s Alastair, Nickala and Leo being awarded black belts and well done to Stephan on being upgraded to 1st Dan. Thank you to special international guest, Sensei Jason Stanley. Off the plane that morning and punching, kicking and wrestling later that night. Great stuff!
